I wish they‘d plant trees and wildflowers around Cascade
They could create a few jobs for maintenance the green and keeping it clean

  2. Of course not. There’s literally an office building on the right side instead of the greens with a huge sign on it ruining the view

Every new construction building plan render in Yerevan is surrounded by jungle.

I’m surprised by how the Cafesjian foundation itself isn’t taking good care of the shrubs ON the current complex. They can clearly afford 24/7 security yet the shrubbery is half-dried out and patchy across all the floors. The inside is getting outdated too. It’s like the entire complex is perpetually stuck in the year 2010.

Native plants and flowers not some out of place stuff imported in from Europe or Japan. People want to see Armenian nature.

  6. The Cascade if Yerevan’s Eiffel Tower, Moscow’s Cremlin, London’s Big Ben. I really really hope they’ll do it properly. And yeah, this greenery is definitely a scam to sell the project

  7. Zero chance they can plant the number of trees shown in the picture.
At least they can’t destroy the ServiceTitan building 😂

I mean, it would be wonderful to see such a green Cascade, but I don’t think we’ll see it in the next 10–15 years, at least.
