    1. No explanation needed. In the US women are associated with ‘soft power’ and somehow ‘less than’ males. US is not sophisticated enough to elect a female.

We all know how emotional they can be. Can’t have that in the Whitehouse. /s

Clinton would have sealed it, if not for her „deplorables“ comment, which I think was unfortunate and criticized across the spectrum.

Kamala was just weak for a number of reasons — dead last on the 2020 field with zero delegates so Democrats had already found her wanting, and then hamstrung with 3 months to win when even her closest pollsters didn’t see a path.

      Need a better candidate.

Michele Obama’s “We go high when they go low” wasn’t exactly the best approach when dealing with the latest version of the Republican Party. Now she’s best chums with George W. Bush whose fake WMD claim caused so many injuries and deaths. Hopefully his oil pals appreciated the sacrifice.

Disagree – a female republican could win (someone like Giorgia Meloni) What that’s says about it I don’t know.

Look at how the US is run right now, and their response to it? It’s going to take more than a basket to fit all the deplorables.

I think Pete Buttigieg would be a solid nominee to run for president, unfortunately since he’s gay you American’s will just never be able to accept him for some reason

      She’s not wrong.

Our electorate has spoken. We can hem and haw all we like but a BIG chuck of the country isn’t ready for a woman President. This is proven.

    9. We’re ready. But we keep getting caricatures of what a woman candidate should be. It’s my impression that they want to reinforce the fact that women can’t be in this role by pushing the most insufferable people on us. Look at Texas’s women Governors of the past. Strong women. Anne Richards for example. Notice we don’t have candidates like this anymore in the Democratic party.

    10. Hillary won the popular vote, if she didn’t call half the country a basket of deplorables she probably wins the electoral one. Kamala was just a bad candidate who didn’t even make it to the primaries in the one time she wasn’t undemocratically named as the nominee. We’re ready.

She doesn’t have to explain when 2 highly qualified woman lost to rapist carpetbagging buffoon.

    12. Thats not exactly true. During the 2016 election Hillary did win the popular vote but not a majority vote.

    13. Ok_Reputation3298 on

Some of you forgetting that Biden didnt step down until it was too late to hold a primary, so she got shoehorned in without a voting to have her run.

    14. I don’t know what she said but exhibit A in my defense of what she originally said is the fact that both Hillary and Harris went down in flames to Trump.

    15. Youwannasitonmyface on

And even after Trump, the majority of the country will continue to believe that….we are literally doomed because too many people can’t stop huffing dog shit and actually think for a fucking minute
