It looks really good. You have to skim off the foam that forms during cooking. If you made the broth from scratch. If you don’t, the broth will be cloudy. A strainer is best, but you can also use a spoon.
You have to crush the garlic and add it while cooking. And when the soup is ready, add more crushed garlic. Add marjoram at the end. Before serving. Marjoram loses its flavor when cooked.
Looks amazing. If you want to experiment, try doing it with „škubánky“. They are semolina dumplings, optionally chopped parsley can be added which makes it even better. I always do garlic soup with them and it is so freaking good.
