I saw another report saying the military generals already told him no and hence he has decided to just do tariffs because he doesn’t know anything else. We know here in Canada, so we’re pretty much just ignoring him and taking the economic pain for the sake of our sovereignty. Plus you can’t make deals with this guy.

  2. Trump doesn’t understand what percentages are and doesn’t remember what threats he’s made. The guy’s brain is gone. I do not understand how the Republican Congress can support this stupidity. I do understand why European countries are distancing themselves from the U.S. The U.S. is completely unreliable. That’s 981 percent in Trump units.

EU dumps bonds -> World economy tanks -> tech bros buy up everything and create their disturbing network states

  4. His tariffs threats will hurt American citizens the most. No European country will bow down to psychopats and child rapist.

Gee, I wonder what „economic emergency“ he’s going to claim justifies his use of powers that are explicitly reserved for Congress.

Ah, who am I kidding, he could declare himself the next Buddha and Congress would just nod & let him do it. This place is so screwed.

I dont care what he says any more. Given the US public voted for this moron, i will buy non-US products for the next three decades.

How very Chairman of the Board of Peace of you President Donnie Trump Diddler and Worse.

  8. This may go down as the most incompetent presidency in U.S. history. The fallout could be immense. With massive national debt, the United States is extremely vulnerable. If other countries begin selling U.S. bonds, the dollar could lose value and the economy could collapse. On top of that, the U.S. is alienating its allies. For what?

  9. The best reaction when he announces tariffs is not to desperately try to get talks to avoid it but to just say oh ok and carry on. Making him think we consider it a huge problem is only going to make him more likely to want to use it in the future

US forces are being moved to stations closer to Greenland in preparation for “military operations”. Does this sound familiar?

  11. Sad that the president is destroying America and threatening our allies to distract Americans from the Epstein files and Jack Smith’s testimony.

  12. You threaten to hit, take my lunch
But I’m not afraid of your punch
    My neighbors defend me
    From your greed and envy
Buzz off or you’ll meet my bunch

  13. I don’t know what to say anymore. There’s just something so severely deranged about this guy and for some reason nobody is stopping him.

  14. Dumbest most corrupt President in US history. Poor old sleepy guy has no idea what’s going on. His MAGA supports are too uneducated and dumb to see and comprehend what truly happing in the Us. We are doomed with this authoritarian President.

  15. Hey EU, dump 10% of USA bonds. Then announce the remaining 90% will be dumped if he threatens Or mentions Greenland again.

  16. >The US president said he would charge Britain a 10% tariff „on any and all goods“ sent to the US from 1 February, increasing to 25% from 1 June, until a deal is reached for Washington to purchase Greenland from Denmark.

    >Trump said the same would apply to Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Finland – all of whom are members of the defence alliance Nato which was founded in 1949.

You can’t put tariffs on single EU members. The tariffs are placed on the entire EU. Norway is also included in this, since they have an agreement to access the single market. It’s a good way to protect members from economic blackmail. Since most EU members are also NATO members, it should be pretty understandable for most EU members why this is happening. Also, isn’t it weird that Trump punishes the countries who sent military personnel to Greenland if he’s concerned about the security on Greenland?

    >Trump added: „Europe ought to focus on the war with Russia and Ukraine because, frankly, you see what that’s gotten them… That’s what Europe should focus on – not Greenland.“

Trump thought he could get away with this because Russia is a major threat to Europe. He forgot that the Danes have balls and can stand up to multiple threats at once. But this lowlife tactic is noted.

    >Trump also addressed the text message exchange in Monday’s interview and said: „Norway totally controls it [the Nobel Prize] despite what they say.

    >“They like to say they have nothing to do with it, but they have everything to do with it.“

More than anything, I think the Nobel prize snub is the main driving force behind Trump’s ambitions to annex Greenland. It’s not about security, clearly. He wants to exploit the minerals, but he could’ve made a deal with Denmark. So if he’s not getting that peace prize, no need to be peaceful about it. It’s just that dumb, because he’s not letting it go.

That’s fine, EU should dump a reciprocal amount of US debt and do it again in June when he raises to 25%, it won’t get that far though. The first dump could possibly be the wake up call for the rest of the republicans.

US, you’re going to have to remove this psycho.

    Plain and simple.

  19. Billionaires want Greenland. Datacenters, petrol, minerals, etc… crypto transfers, corruption, only corruption. Nothing to do with security or whatever.

Also, it’s like with Putin, billionaires won’t stop after greenland. Canada is next.

Trump is just a puppet with filed diaper.
