      If this comes as news you know nothing about the Iranian national guard

      They won’t execute a virgin, so they will rape the girl so she can be executed, and will then send a bill to the family for the bullets they used in the execution.

      The biggest issue in this situation is not only deposing the regime but doing so in a clean way, and allow a smooth transition into a new government.

      Otherwise you risk bringing a power vacuum and letting the whole region become even more destabilized and chaotic than it already is.

      I suspect this is why countries like Israel, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia persuaded the US to hold off on the attack to avoid those consequences
