Bei einem Unfall mit einem Hochgeschwindigkeitszug in Spanien sind mindestens 39 Menschen ums Leben gekommen

Operator error, software error/hacking, or mechanical failure?

 I can’t wait for every congressional representative for the rest of time to cite this as a reason for not investing in more high speed rail in the USA. 

This is an absolute tragedy and I am not trying to make light of it. 

Why are there so many people claiming intentional derailment in bad faith??

I just can’t fathom how this still happens with modern safety systems in place. Such a tragedy, my heart goes out to everyone affected.
