Excellent idea. To be conducted by the citizens, not government or agents thereof. Take a few days to round up a standard jury pool, then just use them all. Show them the stuff. Tell them everything. That many non-government employees, the right things will happen almost instantly. The word „wild fire“ comes to mind. There will be nowhere for these folks to hide and no one to care about the procedural manipulations.
