Billionaires aren’t threatening to leave they have left. Sergei Brin, Peter Theil and others have already confirmed this due to the retroactive nature of the California ballot initiative. The clause that allows founders to be taxed relative to their voting percentage means that founders with more votes than equity will be driven into bankruptcy.
