It’s called a fuse („sikring“ in Norwegian), and last I checked they still had some at my local coop (together with the lightbulbs). 35 is the ampere rating and 500 is the voltage, I think the box just says 35A an the front.
That is a 35 amp fuse, more exact: DZII, 35 amp. The ”DZII” is the physical size. Has it been cold lately? Better get a 5-pack of those just to be on the safe side.

Did you have a Short circuit anywhere? If it Happens again unplug all things and replace the fuze. After that Plug in all things 1by1. Tripping a 35A fuze is Not that easy. There might be a broken device in your House‼️

You can change the fuse yourself. Anything deeper you should get a certified electrician to do work
