Judges knew this already. So did police. Elected officials. CEO’s who fund ICE, and everyone else watching.

And the only people who have done anything about it are citizens….

No judge, police, politician, or wealthy entrepreneurs came to our side when we needed them. Lets think real long and hard about that. I think we have some house cleaning to do when this all settles.

Narrator: They will continue to retaliate because they believe that Donny the Diapered will pardon them.

And yet they can shoot someone in the face with no consequences, so there’s that.

I don’t think they’ve gotten the word quite yet, if today’s headlines are any indication.

Also there’s no way they give a shit.

Oh, a rule from court. Those ICE people would be very sad if they could read.

A federal judge ordered that immigration agents cannot retaliate or use force against peaceful protestors.

This shouldn’t have been something requiring legal input to begin with, but here we are.

Meanwhile, The Trump administration is investigating the WIDOW of Renee Good, rather than her shooter.

Federal investigators have resigned in response to the DOJ’s insanity, local investigations are being obstructed, and the criminals are being made into victims.

What a horrific state of affairs.

Cool. Just watched them target and violently tackle a protestor doing absolutely nothing. They don’t care, since no one is going to enforce the ruling.

Too late these cucks have already broken it. Who’s going to hold them accountable.

    Who watches the watchmen?

The government is meant to be three branches for a reason. It’s called checks and balances. Right now there’s a whole shit ton gop in the senate and house not doing their jobs. Think about it, how much legislation has Trump and his admin actually passed? Everything is EO. To the people who say “but both sides are bad” fuck you, take a look around and tell me that again with a straight face.

Are we going to see enforcement of this ruling? Over on r/law they doubt it.

So we can just report them by reading their name badges and badge numbers on their uniforms? Sounds easy enough.

  11. They’re gonna find out presidential pardons and immunity don’t extend to state charges real soon

    Excellent.

Now could the judge get in the streets and explain that to ICE?

That’s awesome it was ruled in court but it doesn’t mean fuck all if it’s not enforced.

Why aren’t the courts holding this Administration in contempt? All we keep hearing from DC is “preparing” this or “strongly worded” condemnations. Are our laws truly only a concept that we just point at and say “you…you better not! you…you better not.. or or else!”

I’m absolutely sickened by the lack of ANY action of my elected representatives. I’m aware that GOP holds everything but why aren’t the Dems doing something, ANYTHING? Protest in MN yourselves, sabotage (maybe not the right word I’m trying to get across) the administration’s workings from the inside, file articles of impeachment fucking DAILY.

    DO. FUCKING. SOMETHING.

Judicial branch doesn’t exist. Constitution doesn’t exist. These thugs and their guns and the state monopoly on violence are now all that exist. And they won’t listen to this order, and the judge has no means to enforce the order.

When are we showing up in the streets?
