      The last thing the UK needs is Scotland doing an impression of Venezuela on its Northern border. 

      Independence would be the worst thing to happen to Scotland, all the negatives of Brexit, instead with economic loonies in charge.

      Rampant inflation and a cost of living crisis that would make the British one blush.

      The Scots have a good deal with free trade, significant policy independence and permanent welfare payments from England to support an economy that doesn’t make all that much.

      I know independence is their thing, but the SNP really need to find something else to focus on. At least lay some strong foundations for a independent Scotland in the future, at the moment it’s
