The crawler has the JEL system (jacking, equalizing, leveling) to keep it stable and level

The do crawlers have a hydraulic leveling system for the launch platform
The crawler-transporter is self levelling and maintains the mobile launcher platform and the vehicle level to within 10 minutes of arc (0.16 degrees)
Good luck NASA! Function may dictate form, but I still think that the Saturn V and Shuttle had a baby called SLS.
