Mushroom curry. Cook the lot down, cook down some shallots and garlic (like two bags of shallots and two heads of garlic with that), add a good amount of cumin, coriander and garam masala, two boxes of pasatta and cook for about two hours.
Creamy mushroom soup all the way. I had found a good recipe on YouTube by „chef Billy Parisi“. Mind you, that only uses up about a kg of those. Might want to double the batch. Super delicious recipe.

Soup
Mushroom soup and pickled mushrooms too. Chop them amd freeze them too.
Use a food processor to chop them all up real small, repack and sell as artisan vegan mince.
