Alas, maybe someday justice will be served
I’m really digging the whole bully Trump where ever he goes thing.
Minor irritating things like laser pointers and being called a pedo. Keep it up.
Who knew a cat toy could land you a helicopter-sized problem? Sorry Pirro, no cat-astrophic conviction here.
Boxed wine sold out in DC after her latest embarrassment.
Pirro is insufferable.
This – among so many events – is why anyone aligned with the MAGA cult or MAGA political policies should never, ever be allowed to govern anything. They’re wasting real money, and real DoJ work hours on utter bullshit to please trump’s Scorched Earth attitude towards the country and most of its citizens.
Are her lips always in that position?
While im happy with anything fucking with Trump – don’t point lasers at Helis. It really is dangerous, no matter how strong the laser is.
If ten people in a group pointed lasers in random directions, and one of them shined it in thr eyes of someone, would they be able to convict any of them beyond a reasonable doubt? Bullets can be traced to guns
I love this but I’m not gonna lie, I do worry about what comes next after they realize they can’t use the „legal system“
I don’t know if the full details of the laser strike in this case, but I actually think the laser strike laws against aircraft are decently good things to have. I assume if this was dismissed then they grossly over reached and no laser actually hit a pilot just the onboard detection went off.
Nothing can embarrass anyone in this administration anymore
While PDs in DC are generally better than other cities, they shouldn’t win a federal criminal jury trial in under an hour unless it’s a bullshit case.
The DOJ is nothing more than a really bad law firm. It has no credibility before the courts or juries. It should be taking car accident cases. It’s a joke.
Imagine being uglier than every trans woman to ever exist
Go have more boxed wine, Jeanine
These guys are shockingly bad in court. So why does the media not point this out?
Are cat toy lasers even powerful enough to do anything?
So close!
Lets hope it doesnt turn into another grift. He might send a tweet that was attacked in his helicopter. God must be on his side for him to survive such a tragic and dangerous situation.
She needs to ho back to TV court.
Really shows how incompetent they are when they can’t even get a charge to stick for shining a laser at an aircraft, let alone Marine One lmao
TV judge fails at real job. This administration is a complete fucking joke, and so are Republicans.
Is anyone surprised. She is just another clown
I worry that they’re so bad at this, if someone who should be convicted goes to trial, the DOJ will screw it up.
Also, I don’t use the laser pointer with my cat anymore, he chases it, but gets completely frustrated when he can’t catch it ! Catnip mouse toys are much more fun for him.
Jeanine Pirro is not capable of embarrassment though
Pirro is so insignificant. Has she ever done anything useful?
They’re only happy when they’re harassing the innocent
What’s the record for most amount of acquittals in less than 6 months on the job?
This is why the state of Texas has essentially banned the American Bar Association.
Because when you have standards in place that prioritize integrity, excellence, and honesty…it makes it that much harder to grift and to gaslight.
Makes it a lot harder to prosecute people when the justice system still won’t allow you to create your own reality of lies just to punish people you’ve already chosen to hate.
They want all of the worst people to be able to call themselves lawyers, but they don’t actually want them to have any integrity.
And therefore, goodbye Bar Association standards in Texas.

I spent a few years designing air traffic management systems for ATCs so I am a bit sensitive to topics like this. If the man actually had pointed a laser at an aircraft, prosecution to the fullest extent of the law would be appropriate. There’s a saying in the industry that is grim but true: FAA regulations are written in blood. This is because people die when those regulations aren’t followed. Pointing lasers at an aircraft is incredibly dangerous regardless of who is in the vehicle.
I’m assuming that the acquittal occurred because it couldn’t be proven that he did it, but finding him with a laser, which is what I assume the author is flippantly referring to as a „cat toy“, then that’s strong circumstantial evidence. Imagine a shooting occurring, and police officers finding a person on the scene with a gun. Common sense would dictate that they should consider that person high on the list of suspects.
I’m really concerned about the politicization of air traffic safety on both ends of the spectrum. This should be an apolitical topic which we all vigorously demand be investigated to the full extent of law enforcement’s capability when a crime like this occurs. In this case, it the jury believes he didn’t do it based on the evidence and I’ll gladly support that outcome, but I also support the arrest by the secret service agent since this is the kind of crime that can kill not just the pilot and passengers in the aircraft, but anyone on the ground if that aircraft crashes.
Witnessed by a secret service agent and still couldn’t get a conviction‽ That is the definition of incompetence and trying to overreach on the charges.
It’s a shame our tax dollars support this ineptitude.
Can Jeanine even stay sober long enough to even indict anyone correctly?
What an absolute embarrassment of an administration.
Trump is so scared of everything. It’s actually hilarious.
You Better Call Saul
With the attention he gained, Is this man getting housing assistance services so that he will no longer be homeless?
