Thyme (θυμαρίσιο) flavoured honey I think! It’s absolutely delicious. I’m not Greek, just learning the language, so willing to be corrected 🙂
It says „Θυμαρίσιο“. It’s thyme honey.
It’s honey collected from Thyme harvesting bees.
Well title is Ark of flavours. (Nice brand)
The writing is thyme, it’s the variety of plants that bees harvested upon that creates this flavour, so you’ll feel a pinch of bitterness.
This is some good Thyme honey right there. Collected from thyme plants in Milos island. The fact that they wrote the details with a pen just shows how pure it is as it came from a local producer.
