The 727 actually had rear air stairs because of the fact that many small airfields didn’t have air stairs back in the 60s. The 737-100/200 also had built in air stairs on the L1 door and optional air stairs attached to the L2 door. Also the DC-9 had them, and the MD-80/90 also had them. This plane wasn’t commissioned by the CIA or Mossad, it was commissioned by United Airlines and Eastern Airlines (the 1926-1991 eastern airlines, not the new one that runs a MIA-SDQ flight once a month and does ICE flights the rest of the time)
