    People: Protest peacefully

    ICE: Violently assaults protesters

Trump: “The protests are violent! I’m invoking the Insurrection Act!”

New headlines “fascist intends to use personal army to quell dissent”

  3. So is Iran going to threaten to bomb the US when Trump uses force against American protesters?

Threats of global domination and authoritarian oppression and it’s only two weeks into January. If only someone had warned us…

Lmfao. Donald Trump, and I say this with every fiber of my being, can go fuck all the way off.

  6. The National Guard and regular military are almost certainly less violent than the untrained, racist animals that are selected for ICE. Those pieces of shit have failed out of all the regular avenues for service.

That said, he’s not going to do it.

Looks like peaceful protesting still ends up being responded to with violence.

Hey look, the thing he’s been dying to do since day one. Seems like a great plan, use your thugs to start a riot and then send in the military to stop the riot that you started.

    Wow. What a surprise!

    >“If the corrupt politicians of Minnesota don’t obey the law and stop the professional agitators and insurrectionists from attacking the Patriots of I.C.E., who are only trying to do their job, I will institute the INSURRECTION ACT, which many Presidents have done before me, and quickly put an end to the travesty that is taking place in that once great State,” Trump said in social media post.

Fun fact: the last president to institute the Insurrection Act was Bush 1.0 in 1992. You know, after police officers were acquitted for beating the ever-living shit out of Rodney King. On video.

The soap box is seen as an „insurrection“. The jury box (SCOTUS) is biased. And the ballot box gives no way out.

J6 violently attacks the Capitol. Trump sits back and watches for hours, with the only thing that offends him being how ‚poor‘ his supporters look. Over 100 officers are injured, and Trump blanket pardons the criminals.

In Minneapolis, people exercise their right to peacefully protest and are met with government violence. Trump threatens even more government violence.

    Trump’s America

From the outside this all feels like this was always their plan all along.

I think TACO really underestimates the will of Americans to protect their rights and freedoms. Trump will get his own FAFO moment.

This report pisses me off “attacked with a shovel” ALLEGEDLY attacked with a shovel. I have seen no actual proof of that. Stop parroting what the regime says. And even if they were, no need for shooting?!!

  15. Of course he did. We all predicted that this was his plan all along. Next is Martial Law, then suspending the elections, then full blown dictatorship.

  16. Things escalated last night. ICE brought in an armored personnel carrier against peacefully protesting. They had deployed it to escalate.

They deployed chemical grenades all over the neighborhood. They attacked indiscriminately.

People were forced to flee their homes and were tear gassed when doing so. A van of kids had a tear gas grenade thrown inside. A 6 month old baby was tear gassed. 6 months.

Things escalated for sure, but it wasn’t the protestors that escalated. It was ICE.

Fuck Donald Trump. He has salivated over the escalation and getting to use the insurrection act. Things would be 100% peaceful if ICE would get the fuck out of our city. Stop tear gassing and bear spraying protestors indiscriminately.

He was waiting for this all along.

Crazy to think he didn’t get it from NY, LA, or even Chicago.

He’s getting the possibility to do it from Minnesota of all places.

Wasn’t on my Bingo card but Minnesota, you have my respect ✊🏾

Who could have seen that coming? Jk he was going to do that no matter what happened

  19. The president of the USA is also the president of Venezuela, wants to take over the territory of our ally by any means possible, currently stealing the natural resources of a sovereign nation, has plans to attack Iran, has threatened to attack multiple countries around the world, is threatening to deploy us military to us cities. I’m sure I missed a few things

I live in Virginia and we’re getting a new pretty liberal and female governor sworn in Saturday. Idk about the rest of the country, but ice arrived here yesterday. I’m struggling to believe that it’s a coincidence.

  21. He’s punishing the protestors for the actions of his own guys. It’s just so blatantly tyrannical that I can’t believe things feel business as usual around me

  22. Cirque14505 on

That’s not an insurrection. They literally didn’t learn that term until they committed it on January 6.
