This rally is not because of the news it’s because of the technicals. A lot of people sold in q4 because they thought the cycle was over. Now people are buying because they see the price not going down more so they think the cycle continues.

We will see who is right. Maybe the sellers are exhausted and the cycle is not over or maybe it is over and the sellers are waiting for a rally before they start selling again.
