Hallo zusammen,
Ich bin gerade in eine Wohnung in Deutschland gezogen und habe einen Vodafone-Kabel-Internetvertrag.
Das Problem:
Ich habe diese Anschlüsse im Haus und kann nicht herausfinden, welcher für das Internet verwendet wird. Vodafone hat mir zwei Kabel geschickt (Ethernet und das andere sagt FQ (ms) – FQ (ms)), und beide Kabel passen zu keinem der oben genannten Ports.
Meine Fragen:
Muss Vodafone einen Techniker schicken?
Ist die Erstaktivierung, insbesondere in einer Mietwohnung, in der Regel kostenlos?
Gibt es etwas Besonderes, das ich sagen sollte, wenn ich den Vodafone-Support kontaktiere?
Ich weiß nicht, wie ich weiter vorgehen soll, und würde mich über Ratschläge von jedem freuen, der sich schon einmal damit beschäftigt hat.

How about a picture of those cables (both ends) and the back of the router?
FQMS cables are coaxial though so they go into one of the circles in that triple circle one.
Question is, a) which one (maybe it only fits one) and b) are you sure those are connected to a box somewhere else in the building (if Vodafone checked your address then probably yes, but there’s always the chance the technicians never got to your flat for some reason)

Hey, telekom technician here, so i know More about the outlet on picture 2 but i am pretty sure that the outlet on the first picture is not suitable for internet at the moment. Vodafone has to send out a technician to switch the outlet to a 3 way. At the moment, you only have the 2 way type which will only give you TV and Radio.
Edit: it seems that sometimes vodafone is able to send a multimedia connector which adds the internet connector without switching the outlet. Try to contact them.
Also, DSL with 1&1,O2,Telekom whatever would probably work without additional hassle with the second picture outlet

You’ll have to contact vodafone and have them sent a technician to hook up the cable connection. The first outlet has to be switched to one with a data port

Search for Antenna Plug F Female to TV Male/Female on Amazon/Google. This is what you might need. I’m not sure if the 2 plugs are connected to the same cable. Just to be sure you have both plugs.
