A blunt administrative freeze that’s going to ripple out in messy.

Enough people are making the Nazi Germany comparisons, but I’ve also been getting a lot of North Korea vibes.

Russia deserves to be on that list. Even broken clock is right twice a day.

  4. How does a party full of corporation first capitalists look at modern society with its world economy and think isolationism is the best course of action?

As an American I feel my opportunity to leave is slipping away as there will be reciprocal actions taken. This is bad. We’re being walled off.

Which 75 nations? Is there an official government source that lists these nations?

No, not those ones. Not those ones either. Do you happen to have $15,000 for processing and a million to donate?

Lots of countries on here that would be invaded by Russia if they make it past Ukraine.

  14. Algeria, Brazil, Cape Verde, Colombia, Egypt, Ghana, Haiti, Iran, Ivory Coast, Jordan, Morocco, Senegal, Tunisia, Uruguay and Uzbekistan have all qualified for the World Cup.

Bosnia, Iraq, Kosovo, Macedonia, and either Albania or Ukraine and DR Congo or Jamaica could still make it.

It’d be incredibly surprising if one of DR Congo and Jamaica didn’t qualify, so you’re talking about at least 16 of the 48 teams involved in the World Cup here.

I’m more interested in the absences in this list. You can argue this is an „illegal immigration“ issue, but then we don’t have Mexico in the list. One could also argue this is a „low income“ countries issue, but I don’t see countries like Malawi and Burundi on this list. Or perhaps one could argue this is a „Trump hates left-wing governments“ list, but then Cuba and China are mysteriously absent. I honestly have no clue what is the thought process behind it, if not simply bias and prejudice.
