      Maybe I should finally do the new archon quest.. that’s where this npc is from right?

      Isn’t that a Fatui mask? Or am I misremembering things.. Fatui are heavily inspired by imperial Russia.
      If I’m correct, then I wouldn’t want a Fatui agent or soldier representing us..
      Though I might be wrong so feel free to correct me.
