      This is the type of shit that happens when you:

      1) Assign incompetent morons to run a militarized government agency
      2) Send hundreds of agents to terrorize communities by committing violence in the community, illegal detentions, illegal door to door searches of homes, and many other heinous acts
      3) Have said agents mask up and refuse to identify themselves
      4) Publicly refuse to hold agents accountable that blatantly break the law
      5) All on the tax payers’ dime

      If the government, that we pay with our tax dollars and is supposed to work for us, is unwilling to hold these people accountable it looks like it’s up to the people to do it themselves.  Don’t want that to happen?  THEN MAYBE THEY SHOULD FIX THE SHIT I LISTED ABOVE.

      Please do yourselves a favor and make sure you’re using a VPN, signing out of anything Google, and clearing your cookies before visiting this thing. Better yet, use a VM to protect your host machine. Don’t blindly trust.

      For a technology perspective, the real concern is that repeated incidents like this signal systemic failure to modernize and secure critical infrastructure.

      Some dada broker probably has a list of Bluetooth/WiFi MACs and IMEIs tied to names.

      It’s not illegal to listen and analyze the unencrypted radio transmissions on these bands that are reserved for consumer use, Bluetooth, WiFi, and cellular depend on this behavior.
