      Interesting that Italy is in the top 5 but Argentina is in the bottom 5 considering a majority of Argentines are of Italian descent

      As a Southeast Asian, I didn’t even know hair loss for men was a thing if it weren’t for the internet and I see a lot of western youtubers or influencers start to wear hats and beanies after 30..

      I’m part of that 39.8% in Mexico. It’s also more common to see guys embrace it than just a few years ago.

      I remember when I went on a cruise that departed from Barcelona and I remember seeing tons of bald dudes there with absolutely gorgeous wives

      Took a connecting flight from Istanbul to Italy and counted 5 Italians with recent hair transplant surgery. The stereotype is real.

      Having lived there, the reason that Bolivia isn’t counted is because it would be like 5-10%. People of Andean heritage seem to maintain not only their perfect hairline but keep their jet black colours until old age!

      There are of course a mix of people in Bolivia and the lowlands people would still get baldness more often.

      Genuinely how do they collect the data for these kinds of things? I have seen a lot weirder as well, things they can impossibly know about many people.

      What minimum age in this survey. The number can’t be 30-40% if young men included.

      I would have thought Russia would be higher. I guess it’s just my impression that men go bald there more frequently

      Is it just me or is “losing your hair” a pretty generous definition of actually being bald?

      The definition provided is describing hair loss rather than being bald.
