      I’m pretty sure US won’t take over Greenland. These are empty threats meant to either confuse us or misdirect our attention.

      In case US tries to take Greenland by force, that could be the beginning of WW III.

      How fucked up does your nation state have to be to be indicating you suddenly want to annex a peaceful neighbour, for no cause, that you are even in the same military alliance with.

      I don’t know who is running the United States these days but whoever is making these decisions is criminally insane. And the best case it’s mostly Trump, having been compromised by the Russians and blackmailed over his child raping sex trafficking. At worse, we don’t even know who is calling the shots now, it is all really just fucking crazy.

      Greenland offered to work with the USA to expand their military presence/access to infrastructure… so not sure why Trump feels a hostile takeover is the best route.

      And who could blame them? I don’t want to be American either at this point. But I can tell you this right now, I may not like the direction my country is going, but if an invading nation came to my city? I would fight tooth and nail till the last breath to defend it. I don’t care how outgunned and outnumbered I am. I would refuse to make it easy on the bastards.

      Oh speaking of which… the U.S. federal government is invading its own cities. Isn’t that neat?
