      Russian goverment probably one of the biggest user of western LLMs. They openly brag about that on government controlled TV and this is the main source of misinformation in western social networks. Especially in facebook and tiktok, twitter and reddit of course too.

      I don’t believe it’s banned in Syria, I think they’re banned from operating out of Syria due to sanctions.

      I saw a post on r/AskRussia about freedom of speech and they genuinely think they have more freedom than western countries. It’s wild.

      Actually ChatGPT is the one who banned the access from most of these countries and not the otherwise, because of USA sanctions

      Restricted in Afghanistan because the Taliban are quit puzzled on the AI slop that they could make to cater to incells in the west

      EU has restrictions on Chat GPT due to some laws (mostly privacy related) but it’s available in a restricted version
