      So much innovation friendly environment we got here right ? The Chinese government isn’t actively targeting their best minds.

      Its because Murdoch and ilk have spent the last few decades making climate change a political debate instead of one of science and engineering. Here’s the ex-Australian PM calling them out on it where as China just went ahead and started building them.

      Not surprising when you consider the US is run by old white men who regularly take ~~bribes~~ campaign contributions from big oil who have also corrupted our media to the point where a lot of people think burning more oil is a *good* thing.

      Oh, and big oil has collected somewhere in the neighborhood of trillions in taxpayer subsidies for their troubles.

      But never mind that because average Americans are getting tax breaks on electric vehicles and we can’t have that because it’s Marxism or whatever.
