Battlefield 1 has maps in Belgium
Technically any racing game that has Spa Francorchamps
The relatively recent Tempest Rising has a mission set in Brussels, which was a nice and unexpected surprise. The Atomium is even visible in it.
Post Scriptum (now Squad 44) has Dinant as one of its maps
Valiant hearts: the great war partly takes place in Belgium, and one of the playable characters (Anna) is a Belgian nurse.
Company of Heroes 2 – Ardennes Assault Dlc
Based. Shadow hearts covenant is one of the best rpg’s ever made.
Verdun has a map called Flanders.
Call of Duty 2 has missions around Bastogne, iirc. As do, undoubtedly, a lot of WW2 shooters.
Also, I suppose games such as Flikken: De achtervolging don’t count? 😉
They need to add the Chouffe gnome then.
Maybe a bit of a stretch, but most paradox games does. For example, one of the Victoria 3 tutorial nation is Belgium from 1836 – 1936
The first game of the Commandos series, Behind Enemy Lines, has two missions that take place in Liège.
Age of Empires II has the Burgundians as a civilization. Their castle is the Beersel Castle and their wonder is the Brussels Town Hall.
War Thunder has a few maps in Belgium, Ardennes mostly.
Sniper Elite 3 might have had a mission in Belgium too but it’s been too long since I played to be sure
Euro Truck Simulator 2.
Victoria, EU, CK, HoI
Most games that are either based on either world war or invoke that imagery have a chance of having some levels in Belgium. Sometimes it’s obvious like Battlefield 1 or some RTS/grand strategy games having literal locations, and other times it’s more subtle like Valkyria Chronicles taking place in the same region with isekaied names. Then there are things like the Dead Marches from LotR being also loosely based on Northern France or our regions.
Plenty of racing games that have some tracks in Belgium, Belgian IP’s that are almost forced to (think any Tintin game) are obvious picks as well, but other than that it’s really rare. It’s often not chosen as a setting outside some locally developed Red Riding Hood-inspired games because Germany and France tend to be larger and more well known, and serve the same purpose for whenever someone wants to invoke Western Europe as a setting. Like how AC Valhalla ‚technically‘ may have bits of old Belgium in its France DLC because of how it compresses its map, and thus the Northern area may bump up against us as well depending on how it’s interpreted, but not to the point where it’s relevant.
The only other ones I can immediately recall are Rampage 2 World Tour having a level in Brussels, Broken Sword having one in Bruges, and Witcher 3 having a Kingdom called Brugge, but that’s already stretching it a bit. Your Shadow Hearts pick is actually way more out there than anything I’ve personally encountered.
I love how 99% of games located here are war games.
You could make the case that Euro Truck Simulator 2 is on the list since Belgium in 1 of the few countries in the base game.

Hell Let Loose has quite an accurate map of Foy during The Battle of the Bulge.
Most simulators ofcourse: ETS2, Train Sim world, microsoft flight simulator, ..
I haven’t really noticed other genres of games that use belgium as a location
Several Total War games
That font gave me ff7 on ps1 flashback
There’s a Bastogne mission in MOH:AA.
BF 1942
You never see that in any video games with important scenario because Belgium is just a small and an unknown country around the world. There are just some missions in WW2 fps games for Ardennes battle.
