      Tldr, The state will reimburse 2% of your spendings if you exchange your visa or mastercards with arca ones, up to 60,000amd. Minus communal payments and some other things.

      This is pretty nice honestly. Can’t believe we have people nagging in the video.

      I absolutely understand why we push our own payment system. It’s a matter of national security.

      Kudos for the CBA for introducing ARCA in the first place. Mind that it was during the Serjik/Qoch era too.
