      Are we talking about particular scenerio regarding certain school and what happened there or your own cross you own? If it is second matter, then I suppose, since it is your cross and your property, you can do whatever you wish with it, within reason. That is, for example, you do not litter public space with it.

      In my region people bring that to cementery and put that under big cross and from time to time someone is collecting that and disposing
