


Ich bin wirklich frustriert. Ich kaufte bei Tori einen Stuhl, fragte ausdrücklich, ob er irgendwelche Mängel habe, und mir wurde gesagt, dass dies nicht der Fall sei. Es stellte sich heraus, dass der Stuhl fehlerhaft war und der Verkäufer eine Rückerstattung verweigerte.
Kann man in Finnland bei Privatverkäufen wie diesem realistischerweise irgendetwas tun, oder kommen die Verkäufer einfach damit durch?

I think that is just improperly assembled. Might be difficult to unlock and reassemble though

You can always try kusipelti.
With second hand market places it’s tail light policy, meaning the sellers responsibility ends once you drive off. You should’ve inspected like they said.

There’s many things you can do. Are any of them worth it? Nope. Move on and buy a new one.

What brand chair? I bet that’s just put together wrong.
I can’t see a civil case being worthwhile if it is for less than about 10000 euro. How much did you pay for the chair? Was it more than 10000 euro?
its a fraud.
You can file for fraud with police or threath seller with it because they clearly knew there where something wrong with the chair but depending on the price it might not be worth it to wait if police will do anything about it.
You can also maybe just get the new part from IKEA
Life can be unfair at times
make a serious legl threat and specifically put a part of the law in it and ask if he is willing to do paperwork for this
