Ich habe dieses Gericht in einem polnischen Restaurant in meiner Stadt gegessen und es war soooo gut! Ich habe nach einem Rezept gesucht, um es selbst zuzubereiten, habe aber nur Rezepte für herzhafte Kartoffelpuffer gefunden. Weiß jemand, wie dieses Gericht heißt oder wo ich ein Rezept dafür finden könnte? 🙂 Danke!

Please share restaurant name, it will be eaasier to identify it with polish name.
Replace the regular potatoes with sweet potatoes and that should do the trick.
I thought I was the only one with this kink, LOL. Just use the „normal“ recipe without onions, glaze some apples in honey and you’re good I guess. I love mine with plum marmalade
Sounds like this dish was altered by the restaurant, it’s not some sort of “Polish classic”.
Assuming honey and caramelised apples are just a topping, then sweet potato pancakes can be done the same way as regular ones – just add some sugar to the batter, instead of the usual suspects such as onion/garlic/black pepper.

Potato pancakes can be served with almost anything, though in Poland those are usually savoury things. The most common sweet addition is actually plain white sugar, but apparently people in restaurants are getting mode adventurous.
