      So he talked about it with putin and the way he got them to agree is by threatening 200% tariffs on both countries? Weird considering they also wavered section 907 for azerbaijan during it.

      He didn’t stop this war. The war already was stopped by agreement between Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia.
