Hallo, ich habe gerade ein paar Edelsteine auf dieser Website gekauft, ich habe einen guten Betrag (per Blik) per Postversand bezahlt, auf der Website gibt es NIP und Registrierungsadresse und alles.
In meiner Bestellung wird angezeigt, dass sie abgeschlossen ist, aber ich habe überhaupt nichts erhalten, keine Postbenachrichtigung an die Sendungsverfolgungsnummer, nichts.
Ich habe die Seite per E-Mail verschickt, keine Antwort erhalten, ich habe versucht anzurufen, aber die Nummer ist nicht immer erreichbar.
Ist das eine Betrugsseite? Und wenn ja, gibt es eine Möglichkeit, mein Geld zurückzubekommen?
