


Ich erhalte seit mehreren Monaten diesen Brief von diesem Inkasso-Büro (Inkassobüro). Sie behaupten, dass ich an einer JET-Tankstelle etwas unbezahltes habe?!
Ich habe ihnen E-Mails geschrieben, in denen ich sie um Beweise/Erklärungen bitte, und ich habe versucht, sie telefonisch zu kontaktieren, aber niemand hat jemals geantwortet. Es kommt mir seltsam vor, weil ich weiterhin ohne Probleme zu dieser JET-Station gehe und bezahle. Ich habe noch nie einen Brief direkt von JET erhalten; Stattdessen kam es direkt von dieser Inkasso-Firma mit diesem Betrag, inklusive einer Mahnung, die mir übertrieben hoch erscheint.
Ich habe mir auch die Google-Bewertungen angesehen und alle beschweren sich darüber. Was ist zu tun? Was kann ich tun? Die Situation ist bereits ärgerlich geworden.

Was a card payment rejected by your bank? (Very likely on 16.07. or a couple of days later)
You should check your bank statements if there was a rejected card payment of 10 Euro in July.
A debt collecting company will obviously have bad reviews no matter what. Did you go to that JET at 16.07? Any payments you can see on your card on that date?
It is not uncommon that you didn’t hear from JET directly. Many companies don’t want to deal with dept collection and outsource every incident directly to external debt collectors.
Try to find oit whether this Inkasso company is legitimately registered (they must provide a Handelskammernummer which you can verify on the website of the chamber of commerce). If that checks out, I would continue to try and contact them. Do it in writing, as in an actual paper letter, ideally using an Einschreiben, so you lnoe that it actually arrived.
Ultimately, as others have commented, it’s possible that a card payment didn’t go through at some point. But I agree that they should provide you with details and proof.
Nope, not a scam. It is unfortunate, but you should pay the amount asap to avoid higher fees.

Dude, you admit that you had a declined card payment at a Jet station, didn’t pay anything for half a year and now you wonder why you keep getting letters from a collection agency? Am I getting that right?
You are already late again. And you ignored at least two previous letters.
The deadline 20.12.25 was 10 days ago. By now you probably have incurred another round of additional fees. Also for shits and giggles I called the company and as expected they have no phone service over the holidays but they suggest you move to the webpage and it’s easy to navigate and even available in English and it is possible to pay in installments. I really don’t know what your problem is. Pay your bills.

Of course, its NOT a scam… why you dont pay the 70 euro? You can also wait and wait, but this will increase the amount and one day they will give it to court.
