      Fuck erdogan, but fuck netanyahu too. Siding with an apartheid state to combat a country that has a history of doing the same thing is the finest example of political hypocrisy.       Go look at the plan for a Greater Israel and it shows them stealing Turkish land as well as Palestine, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Syria and Lebanon. Cyprus was once also promised to them… 💀

      GCs should support this alliance despite how you feel about Israel. We’re not choosing allies based on humanitarian perfection, that’s not how survival works when you have Turks occupying us for 50 years and threatening us they will come when we sleep. Israel is a really strong, capable ally and has zero hostility toward Cyprus or Greece.

      Also with daily r/cyprus unification at any cost propaganda. Against that reality we can’t be picky, its a luxury we don’t have. A lot of the outrage here isn’t about Cyprus at all don’t forget, our priorities are security and leverage, not moral posturing
