Its a tombstone of Hovhaness Keleshian. He had titles of Agha and Meghdesi ( someone who made a pilgrimage to Jerusalem). Rest of the text is a poem.

Good guy OP, I appreciate that you posted this here. Yes, it’s Armenian, as many of our friends already said. It’s a tombstone of an Armenian who died in the late 1880se. If you are from Turkey, I beg you as a suggestion that you contact the Armenian Patriarchate in Istanbul and share with them what you have just discovered. The Patriarchate is the highest religious authority of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Turkey, and an officially recognized body. It would be a move by you to rescue this small yet important part of human memory in your country.
