Hallo zusammen, sind die Lieferzeitschätzungen von Skroutz normalerweise korrekt oder eher ein Zufall? Würde gerne eure Erfahrungen hören. Ich versuche mich zu entscheiden, ob ich bei Skroutz oder auf einer günstigeren chinesischen Website bestelle. Es macht mir nichts aus, extra zu zahlen, wenn Skroutz tatsächlich viel schneller ist 😅 Vielen Dank im Voraus!

My experience with Skroutz has been good. Never had issues,or crazy delays.
Ive had skroutz tell me 7 days and be here in 3, never had it over the estimate except once it came in 5 instead of 4
I’ve always found them very expensive. I’ve never ordered from them so can’t help sadly.

Skroutz is like… the second best Greek export (after stoiximan), I’ve never had problems with them, the deliveries are exactly as they say (even from buying items from Poland, Romania, etc, recently bought a laptop from Romania, it said 14 days and it arrived in 12.) , especially if you have Skroutz plus. Not saying Skroutz is perfect overall, but you can trust them when it comes to waiting times.
funny enough, I ordered a keyboard and palm rest last week. The palm rest was delivered earlier than estimated while the keyboard was delayed 3 days, hopefully there won’t be any other delays (will update if any). In general, never had issues in the past
I’ve not had a consistent experience with Skroutz. Usually the parcels are on time, but I also had a week delay and a two week delay. It’s also holiday season so I’d expect delays.
They always bring packages to my house though (looking at you ‚come pick it up‘ ACS) and their costumer care dept is okay
Just ordered something from there today, it says it will come on monday, however I feel like it will be here until Friday probs
