Everything aside, the fact that Armenians in Jerusalem have migrated out under Israel and the cow’s garden being taken over, and she serves the people doing those, there’s not much to add.

I’m gonna guess she has a Jewish mother and Armenian father. By Jewish law you are considered Jewish through your mother so it makes sense that they would even allow her to be the spokesperson because she probably is Jewish. Explains her name and explains her position.
