      All the territories conquered in 1800-1815 prove that Napoleon could’ve perfectly gotten away with his antics if he had been active in India and not in Europe

      Sri Lanka was fully colonized in 1815, including the central Kandian Kingdom at that time. The year shown in this map is I think when they hold the coastal territories from Dutch or Portuguese, I can’t remember the exact.

      Very few of these territories were conquered. Most were ceded or were not British possessions at all, only ever protectorates or under British suzerainity.

      Idk how accurate the map is on other parts of British Raj, but I can say that it’s pretty accurate on Burma
