Take the total square meters of the room and calculate the square root.
If the room is a square, this value gives you the length of each wall.
If the room is rectangular, the square root gives you a good starting point. From there, you can adjust the lengths of two of the walls up or down while keeping the total area the same.
Why don’t you use AI for wall length?
The maximum perimeter of a rectangle of a given area A is when it makes a square. So 4√A is a good approximation of the wall length in each room.
Take something like 15% margin depending on the format of what you have to buy.
