Ich bin gestern von einem Leasingauto angefahren worden … die Geometrie meines Autos scheint nicht zu stimmen, die Linien stimmen nicht rundherum überein. Sie hatte eine Versicherung von Lalux. Kann ich Sie bitte um Empfehlungen und Ratschläge zum Umgang mit dieser Situation bitten, damit ich nicht von der Versicherung betrogen werde? Ich habe damit nicht viel Erfahrung.

  1. You tell your insurance too and they battle it out for you. Looks like a 10k damage atleast.

  2. Imagine parking on two spots so you don’t get your car scratched and then you get this.

    Hopefully this is just where the car got dropped after the incident. Sorry for your loss.

    You will definitely get screwed over one way or another. If you actual car has that much damages, it’s a good chance that it is totalled

    Send the accident report to your insurer, and ask them how to proceed. You typically get a quote for repair, you submit it to your insurance, wait for their OK before starting the repairs.

    The car is from the US and got hit by someone who has Lalux! I wonder if the OP has a Colombian wife :). Regarding the insurance process, there will be a bit of back and forth.

    @OP: My advice would be to let Lalux do its work and if you’re not happy with the appraisal, get a second opinion from a different bureau d’expertise (can recommend Dhasty and Chiesa)
