Ich glaube, ich habe das oft an vielen Orten in Zypern gesehen. Oft begleitet von der Zahl "4040". Was bedeutet das? Ich habe versucht zu googeln und im U-Boot zu suchen, aber es hat nicht gelungen 🙁

4 means „to“, 0 means „ga“.

bunch of neighborhood kids cosplaying as a gang. 4040 is Germasogeia post code, probably the G in toeg is for germasogeia.
