      Are you serious? Most Cyprus companies don’t even have a website..!

      I realized how deep Cyprus is in AI when a lawyer give me list of documents for submission, written by ChatGPT. Yep.

      Also, pharmacist checked medication info in ChatGPT too.

      Out of my last issue I used ai-assisted writing for about 30% of the boilerplate code, and it saved me tons of time on looking up signatures, parameter names, etc.

      So, as a tool it’s already here and it is widely used.

      If you are wonder if Cyprus can join the race for the foundational models, the answer is NO. There is not enough electricity and water for DC, and Cyprus is in sanctions list from US, which prevents sales of H-grade GPUs by Nvidia.

      But, nothing stops Cyprus from trying to build AI-based products. Market is blue, venture money are flying (or no longer are? hmm…). I bet, there are few Cyprus-based startups right now trying to squeeze at least some profits between API cost and revenue.
