  1. Probably reversed, quite safe, as its police stare. But if you count police…

  2. No, Numbeo is not a real source. Belarus is perfectly safe at night (unless you are not a politically active, then you’re fucked).

That’s pure bullshit. So are all those maps. How can you even put a percentage on a feeling (lol)? It’s generally safe to walk at night everywhere

I have never felt more unsafe than in Paris. This definitely can not be true

You can feel safe till someone signals to kgb that you criticised the great potato baron

Belarus is the safest I’ve ever felt in a country I’ve visited, genuinely.

I know a few people who travelled to Belarus and they all feel much safer there than a lot of countries they visited/even their own countries. It sounds like it is.

In general Belarus is very safe, this numbers are bulshit. I don’t even know what one need to do, to get in some troubles at night.

What a load of balls. Minsk is 10 times safer than London, Dublin or Paris. I often wonder where they come up with this shit

  10. I’m not sure about Shabana (the most stereotypically dangerous area in Minsk), but even in the last residential area, at 2 a.m., I feel completely safe. I don’t know where the data comes from.

  11. In Belarus lately most of the pervers and sadists are wearing police uniform. So as long as you don’t meet them in the night, you should be ok.
