Well, not that I know this specific place but these are standard roads were driving courses.

I’ve been going there for the last 2 weeks straight, coincidence.. it’s for army personnel vehicle training though it’s already been bought from some developer group and will eventually just be hotels and luxury apartments
no worries, I’m sure some developer will be building high rises there pretty soon & selling them for people who only want passports.
It’s a place where they train army personnel to drive army vehicles (big trucks and such). It’s (at least) used by the nearby army unit of Moni which trains a lot of the personnel of Limassol.
