      Oh well, this might actually help Ukraine out, so best to just suck it up.

      So Trump demands racketeering/extortion fee from Ukraine which is gonna be paid by the EU?

      The problem is that he always takes the money from the EU, never from Russia. But wait, the money is Russian! (freeze) so in effect they are paying for the Ukrainian defenses with EU and Russian money.

      With a neighbor like Russia, the only reliable guarantee is a hammer bigger than theirs.

      For a $100bln deal Trump would absolutely invite the devil for a sleepover and cook him burgers, so chances are this deal is a step in the right direction.

      Ukraine’s sovereign territory is untouchable by Constitution, and only the majority of the Ukrainians can change that.

      So at this point it’s all about how much pressure EU+US+UK can apply on Putin to make him clearly see the risk of more sanctions and the next [4 years](https://x.com/DefenceHQ/status/1956348169203159497), and 2M more Russian casualties, to be able to get the Donbas.
