    Gedanken dazu?


    Ich habe absolut keinen Kontext dazu. Nach dem, was ich gesammelt habe, ist es ein Busfahrer, der mit diesem Kind stritt. Das, was mich jedoch irgendwie verärgert hat, ist die Tatsache, dass dieser Typ das Kind gepackt hat und ihn mit Pfeffer besprühte, weil das Kind seinen Arm wegschlug? Selbst wenn das Kind derjenige war, der Probleme verursachte, machte der Typ es schlimmer, indem er den ersten Kontakt einleitete.

      IMO things need to get very escalated before someone can warrant the use of pepper spray – and that was definitely not at that level. Bus driver also initiated physical contact (with a minor), which he shouldn’t have. Bus driver had every opportunity to walk away, but didn’t.

      Make this viral – child needs to sue for battery.

      Doesnt matter what the reasoning behind this was. You do not assault a child like that. I don’t care if this kid was taking a piss inside the bus. You do not lay your hands and assault a kid like that. Attacking somebody with bear spray, especially when there is no physical confrontation from the kid, is considered assault and should be treated as such.

      The only thing the kid did was remove the guy’s hand from him when he got grabbed. He made no move to go and assault him; there is no excuse to use such a measure on a kid. Bear Mace is genuinely dangerous, and if that kid had an allergic reaction to that, he could have suffered even worse than this. I hope the kid and his parents sue the bus driver and the municipality for assault, and he gets charged.

      In Limassol Germadogeia there is Siam and Aramare and that green bin you see in the video. 

      I’m 99% sure the video was recorded in this location on google maps the photos seem outdated – no bus stop there. 

      Police needs to find the old guy and take his pepper spray at least.

      My brother and his friend were walking thru Limassol one night after too much to drink, not causing harm just a little drunk, a bouncer from one of the clubs pepper sprayed them and beat them with a club. Reported it to the Police nothing happened to the bouncer.

      1. What station?
      2. When?
      3. Do you know what bus he got into? (Was it yours?)

      If you give context, this can be sorted.

      That bus driver is lucky the kid kept his cool and didn’t have a relative standing there too. If someone had pepper sprayed me or my little brother I don’t think I would have remained that calm and continued to use words. And he is just an old fat guy. What an idiot. The fact that the kid remained calm makes me guess the altercation didn’t start with him.

      Anyway, in a civilised country the cops now press charges as the physical escalation clearly started from the driver. You can hear a jet2 add in the background so maybe the parents can go via them assuming they hired the bus.

      The older guy is at fault judging by the video. At least concerning the fight. Since we have no context what took place before, I will give my 2 cents on what I observe. The older guy grabbed him by the shirt, near the throat, the younger guy pushed his hand away and didn’t try to attack him back. The older guy then proceeds to pepper spray him. The older guy is 100% at fault. This is assault on 2 counts. Pepper sprays are also illegal in Cyprus to my knowledge.
